Wicklow Mountains National Park: Wildflower Walk, 25th June

Can you tell a violet from a primrose? In these modern times, few among us can recognise our common wildflowers. Join us on a gentle walk and learn how to identify some June flowers.

Where: Meeting at the Information Office, by the Upper Lake, Glendalough.

When: Saturday 25th June 2016 @ 11 AM

Practicalities: Adults and older children only. No dogs. This event is free of charge but please be aware that the Upper Lake car park (Wicklow County Council) has a €4 charge. There will be a short, easy walk around the Upper lake area of Glendalough to search for and identify wildflowers. The event should conclude by 1 PM.

Booking: Booking is essential. To book, please phone the Information Office Tel: 0404 45425 (open daily, 10 AM to 5.30 PM). Bookings will be taken from Saturday 11th June.
