Wicklow Mountains National Park: Bat Walk, Thursday 12th July 2018

Watch hundreds of bats emerge from their roost at dusk. Walk through the dark woodlands listening to the bats with bat detectors. See Daubenton’s bats swooping over the water.
Bring a torch & insect repellent. All are welcome. Booking is not required.
Where: Meet at the Information Office, Upper Lake, Glendalough
When: Thursday 12th July @9.30pm
Duration: between 1.5 to 2 hours
Practicalities: This event is suitable for all ages. Please leave your dog at home. This event is free of charge but please be aware that the Upper Lake car park (Wicklow County Council) has a €4 charge for car parking.
