Wicklow Mountains National Park: Mindfulness Walk Sunday 1st September 2019

Join National Park Guides for a mindfulness walk in the beautiful valley of Glendalough. We will find ways to be more ‘present’. We will explore our connection with nature in more depth using all our senses, and find the pathways inside and outside that can lead towards awareness, equilibrium and balance.
Where: Meet at the National Park Information Office, Upper Lake Glendalough
When: Sunday 1st September 2019 at10:30am
Duration: approximately 2 hours.
Practicalities: Adults only. Wear footwear suitable for rough terrain and clothing suitable for wet weather. Please leave your dog at home. This event is free of charge but please be aware that the Upper Lake car park (Wicklow County Council) has a €4 charge for car parking.
