Wild Birds Declarations 2022-2023

The National Parks and Wildlife Service of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage is seeking comments and proposals from the public in relation to the control of wild bird species under the Wild Bird Declarations.

The current Declarations (General and Air Safety) allowing for the control of certain wild bird species are due to expire on 30 April 2022.

The deadline for comments /proposals is 17:00 on Monday 14 March 2022.
